  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Turbo Options > General

Site Loader (preloader) : The very first part of the UI we see while waiting for a website or application to load. If this set as "On" then the site loader will be visible to the frontend, otherwise it will be hidden. This will enable the following control field to customize the loader content.
